Dodgers edge Brewers by 2

The Los Angeles Dodgers barely got a “W” over the Milwaukee Brewers yesterday at Miller Park with the Dodgers winning 5 to 3. It was quite a game that followers with Dodgers tickets will be talking about for days. In fact all sports are a great time so check out what sports tickets are out there.

Dodgers pitcher Ted Lilly (3.27 ERA) got the win, while Dave Bush (4.76 ERA) took the loss for the Brewers. Ted Lilly went 6.1 solid innings for the Dodgers, allowed 7 hits, one home run and 3 earned runs with one walk and 2 strikeouts. Also pitching for the Dodgers was Ronald Belisario (5.27). The Brewers’s starter Dave Bush went 6 innings, allowed 10 hits, 2 home runs and 5 earned runs with one walk and 3 strikeouts. Chris Capuano (3.72), Todd Coffey (4.26), and Kameron Loe (3.07) also pitched for the Brewers. With the win, Lilly’s record goes to 8-8, while Bush falls to 6-11. Hong-Chih Kuo earned the save for the Dodgers, bringing his saves up to 5.

In addition to the 5 runs, the Dodgers managed 11 hits and committed one error. Rod Barajas led the Dodgers in hitting with 3 hits, followed by Jamey Carroll’s 2 hits, and Andre Ethier with 2. Casey McGehee had the most hits for the Brewers (3), followed by Prince Fielder (2). Carlos Gomez could not get much going at the plate as he left 4 runners on base. The Brewers managed 3 runs, 9 hits and no errors.

Umpiring duties were performed by Mike Everitt, Andy Fletcher, Adrian Johnson and Tim McClelland. There were 39,055 Brewers ticket holders in attendance at Miller Park.
